Farm weddings in Ohio are very popular. I had always heard about Dorral Farm in Marysville but never had a chance to shoot a wedding there. So I jumped when the opportunity came and last year I shot a Dorral Farm Wedding in Marysville, Ohio as an associate shooter for Laurel Worthington while she videographed the wedding.
We met at Bride’s family house close to Marysville for some getting ready photos. Bride & Groom decided to keep it traditional and didn’t see each other until the ceremony. But just like always, we did Bridesmaid and Groomsmen photos before the ceremony to save time after ceremony.
It was a VERY hot summer day but Dorral Farm did not dissappoint! With many shaded areas, and an indoor ceremony space, we were able to beat the heat and get many beautiful photos. I loved the soft pink and navy color palette of this summer wedding; even bridesmaids’ robes fit the theme- how fun!
It was so fun shooting my 1st wedding in Dorral Farm, Marysville and I will actually be back in September of 2022 for a wedding of my own; stay tuned for more beautiful photos! 🙂
