Living in Lewis Center, I was surprised at how I never heard of Alum Creek Farm when Amber mentioned it during our meeting. This new wedding venue in North Columbus is amazing! It includes a modern farm house to get ready in, a greenhouse for ceremonies and a white barn for reception in Columbus. The land also has a sunflower field, white fences and they even provide a vintage blue truck for photos:) It’s a dream wedding venue for photographers and modern farm lovers!
As far as Amber & Hayden… from their engagement session in Inniswood metro park to their wedding day, their chemisty during was something to whitness! Being a photographer Amber knew how timelines work. But she chose a very different one and didn’t want any photo before the ceremony. I was a little nervous but I loved how relaxing the day went! As you will see below, we have many, candid getting ready photos. Even I had one hour for all the photos, we managed to get all family&bridal party photos done before I could focus on the newly weds. It was a beautiful day with sun setting during portraits and I loved how their bride&groom photos turned out on the beautiful lands of Alum Creek farm.
